Chippy Repair Terms of Use

1. About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Chippy Repair website (chippyrepair.com.au) and the windscreen repair services provided by Chippy Repair Pty Ltd ("Chippy", "we", "us"). By visiting our website, booking a repair, or attending one of our kiosks, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Chippy provides windscreen chip and crack repair, hydrophobic glass treatments, and related services at our kiosk locations across Australia. We do not perform windscreen replacements ourselves; if your damage exceeds repair criteria, we may refer you to a partner glazier.

3. Pricing and payment

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
• Payment is accepted by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Visa/Mastercard debit. We do not accept cash for security reasons.
• Repair Plan subscriptions are charged at the time of purchase and auto-renew annually at the published renewal rate. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your member portal at accounts.chippyrepair.com.au.

4. Repair Plan terms

• The Repair Plan covers chip and crack repairs only — not windscreen replacement.
• The Repair Plan is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase and is tied to a single nominated vehicle (by registration and VIN).
• Additional vehicles may be added at the Additional Vehicle rate published at chippyrepair.com.au.
• The Repair Plan is non-transferable if you sell your vehicle, except by written request to support@chippyrepair.com.au.

5. Insurance reimbursement

Chippy does not bill insurers directly. We will provide a fully itemised tax invoice with damage photos that you may submit to your insurer for reimbursement under your comprehensive policy. Whether you are reimbursed and at what amount is a matter between you and your insurer.

6. Warranty

Our Lifetime Warranty terms are published at chippyrepair.com.au/legal/warranty.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chippy's liability for any claim arising from a repair is limited to the cost of the original repair as shown on your tax invoice. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy is published at chippyrepair.com.au/legal/privacy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
