We remove debris from the chip and check for any inside damage hidden under the frit or wiper.
Resin injection
Trapped air is pulled out, then we inject specialised acrylic resin that fuses the glass molecules.
UV cure
A UV torch cures the resin in seconds. The chip is structurally bonded — no more crack-out risk.
